We specialise in intrapersonal & interpersonal skills development through one-on-one & inclusive group services for unique individuals & mixed minority groups of culturally diverse human family members, most vulnerable to stigma & discrimination, experiencing STRESS caused by significant life challenges or new changes, for a greater impact on client & community health & wellbeing.

Silena recognises the power of making continuous improvements toward heart-based goals while staying open to the power of love & support of others for improved health & wellbeing.
